Why I became a trainer: To share my passion for CrossFit and Fitness; originally I started CF to get my PE kids involved so obviously it got a little bigger than that! Now I GET TO help ages 4-76!

I wanted to be an CF Endurance trainer because……well, Coach asked me. I wanted to share my love & passion for running with others.

Occupation: Police Officer with the Jefferson City Police Department…currently a school resource officer at JCAC.
Years doing crossfit: started in May of 2013… So almost a year and a half…loving every minute of it.
Favorite crossfit movement: probably the back squat…love to put a little weight on there and get after it.
Least favorite movement: I wouldn’t say least favorite, but least efficient at the snatch…I actually enjoy them, I just have a lot of room to improve.
Favorite wod: anything for time…I really enjoy the long grind em out wods.
Why I wanted to be a trainer: when I started, the trainers were so awesome and encouraging. It helped me get better at crossfit and really creates a great community atmosphere. I wanted to coach so I could maybe be that encouragement for someone else.
