CrossFit Unstoppable’s WODFest is a single day fitness event where you and a partner will compete against others in 3 workouts along with a Floater WOD. This is a partner competition and the men’s teams will consist of 2 male athletes, and the women’s teams will consist of 2 female athletes.
Date: October 20, 2018 Time: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Divisions: RX, Scaled, Masters (40+) Registration: $135 per team. Includes t-shirt for each teammate. One person will need to register the team as a whole.
Prizes for the top 3 teams in each division! CASH for 1st Place Finishers!

CrossFit Unstoppable will be hosting their 5th annual team competition (male/male, female/female) on Saturday, October 20th beginning at 8am. There will be Rx, Scaled and Masters divisions. We are also thinking of adding a Kids division! (Ages 4-8/9-12) for fun!
There will be TWO "heats/classes" on Memorial Day! The 8am heat will be held for those who will be doing "Murph" as prescribed-NO Scaling... The 9am heat is open to ANYONE-Rx OR Scaled versions
Last year there were just too many bodies to accommodate the workout so this is my solution! 😊 We will get a picture at 9am of both groups--Hope to see a lot of you there!!
**In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
