CrossFit All Sports:  Training In the Off Season

20 strength & agility training sessions that will focus on the ​10 Fitness fundamentals​ that will assist in improving your child’s ​strength, stamina, power, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility,endurance, accuracy, ​& ​speed​.

Individualized sessions to improve your player in the off season!

Training sessions will include a warm-up, focus/strength session, workout, followed with mobility.  Sessions are 30 min long & will run on ​Mondays/Wednesdays ​from​ Nov.9-Dec. 16; Jan.11-Feb. 3.  ​Limited spots available for each age group.

7-9 years:​ 6:00pm- 6:30pm (12 spots left)       ​

10-12 years:​  6:30pm-7:00pm (4 spots left)  ​

13-17 years: ​ 7:00pm-7:30pm (Great for Club Volleyball Players!)

Players can purchase a 10 or 20 session punch card for off season training.

10 sessions​: $50 ​or

​​20 sessions​: $90.  Purchase 2 or more player punch cards receive a 10%(same family) discount on top of the already discounted prices.  LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.
