Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes…
5 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
15 Squats
If you make it through the 20 minutes without missing a rep, no extra burpees. If you miss a rep at minute 15 then you owe 5 burpees per minute missed (25).
If you don’t understand, just do burpees for 20 minutes 😉
