Ready for the Either/Or week to be over?? Well, guess what…we are still on for Either/Or’s til Sunday! Yep, that makes a full week of CHOICES! Very proud of ALL of you who have been pushing yourselves to the max this week…but remember to not overdo it…your life will not stop if you miss a day or two of workouts! You need to remember in this order of what is important…1. Rest 2. Hydration 3. Nutrition 4. Mobility 5. Training! Wow, number 5?? Yes, number 5. Give your body a couple days rest and come back to the box and see how your body reacts to having some extra rest and good nutrition. I think a LOT of you will be surprised. 🙂
Hoping to see lots of you at the Box Friday night for the “Friday Night Lights”; we’ll have two individual WOD’s, a team WOD, and a Kid’s WOD…followed by food and a social! Bring a snack to share and BYOB… 🙂 Kids and spouses/significant others are welcome AND you do not have to WOD! You can just come and be a part of the FUN!! 🙂 COME!
