So…you know how those of you who came to the box Thursday did a lot of pullups and ring rows and ball slams and burpees and med ball situp throwovers?? Well, I want you ALL to make sure that you are drinking PLENTY of water the next several days. One because your body needs it, two because Belinda said so…it will help flush the toxins out of your body 🙂

MUD RUN INFORMATION…
Shirt money was due yesterday! $13————–I am picking up packets hopefully Friday evening or Saturday afternoon—————-they are allowing us to bring a pop up tent so if you want to bring chairs to sit around in after, do so. You can also bring snack stuff (extra beverages are optional 😉 )———————-We will be meeting at CFU at 1pm to carpool up there together; I will be distributing the packets at the time to eliminate rushing when we get to the mud run—————–A group before AND after pictures are a MUST so DO NOT LEAVE before that happens! We are all in the 3pm wave so shouldn’t be hard to find all the red shirts! 🙂
HERO WOD Saturday…for every athlete there, CFU will donate $5 to the cause which goes directly to the families that were affected in this tragedy. “Hotshots 19” will honor 19 fallen firefighters who passed on June 30th.
