Morning Classes (5:15am & 8:30am) are Canceled. Also canceled are the Kids classes; CF Volleyball and the JrKidsFit.
Check the website or Facebook (have you liked us yet??????????) for the status of Monday’s afternoon classes.
For the nutrition group who is starting the challenge, we are changing one of the “points categories”; For the “No CFU WOD”, if you do a workout for at least 20 minutes, you can count that. Mobility included. (Hope that’s okay with the “administrators” 😉 )
Here’s an At Home WOD for those who can’t make it to the box on Monday…
5 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 hollow rocks, 15 jumping jacks, 20 lunges(alternating), 25 mountain climbers
