10 Alternating Front Rack Lunge Steps (95/65)

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 Toes to Bar

(Nutrition Challenge Baseline WOD 500m Row, 40 Squats, 30 Situps, 20 Push-ups, 10 Burpees) MUST be completed on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday!  (can do during strength)

Bonus Work: 3×30 Flutter Kicks, 3x30sec 2-pt plank holds, 3×15 DU’s
