WOD

“The Other CrossFit Total”

1 Rep Max Clean (Power or Full)
1 Rep Max Bench Press
1 Rep Max Overhead Squat

*take time to warm up for each lift, but once you begin, you have three attempts for each movement. A miss counts as an attempt, so be wise on how much weight you add…score is total weight combined between the three movements.

Please make sure you log these lifts into SugarWOD so your %’s can be calculated!
