Now that the 2016 Open is complete, it’s time to reflect back on what successes we all made. Some of you tried the Open for the first time; some their 3rd or 4th time. Needless to say, the ones who have done the Open multiple times have clearly improved! Everyone who participated did fantastic! Next year I have plans to expand the Open a bit to an in-house fun competition 🙂 Stay tuned!

This week I plan on giving you little challenges to be completed on your own time if you’re interested…the end result will be “happy” 🙂

Monday’s “Fit It Forward” task is to send a message or tell someone how much you think he/she has improved over the course of time. Make someone’s day! Put a smile on their face!  Bonus: send multiple messages…make multiple smiles!
