FRONT SQUAT CYCLE– Starts Monday

pullup doubleunder challenge-4 week program-start on Monday

These will start Monday, April 6th or Tuesday the 7th…You need a rest day in between the pull-up exercises — please listen to your body and don’t overdo it!

REMEMBER…There is a TEC WOD scheduled for Tuesday at 5:30pm (The TEC WOD can also be done at the other times as well, but Jen will be there at 5:30 to offer drill/tips/etc…for running)

WOD

Strength: Back Squat 4×8 @ 70%

3 Rounds

5 Burpees

10 Pull-ups

15 Sit-ups

20 DU’s (3x singles)

Run (Praxair sign & Back)
