Anyone out there in a little funk…either WOD wise or nutrition wise? I’m sure the ones in a deeeeeeep funk don’t even read these posts so let’s just worry about YOU!
I’m going to be running a partner “MAYDAY MAYDAY” nutrition challenge beginning on Thursday, May 1st (Mayday 😉 ) If you wish to participate, you will need to sign up by WEDNESDAY, MAYDAY eve 🙂 There will be a form on the wall by my office. It will be a partner challenge not a TEAM so who would want to let their partner down?? No one right? So that’s why I think this will definitely work for the month of May…Sign up if you are interested…more information to come so keep watching for posts! 🙂
Calvary’s Mud Run is Sunday, May 4th at 2pm at Calvary Lutheran HS. A few of us are going to take the 1.5 mile challenge and see how muddy we can get; plus it’s for a great cause! There are still forms at the box!
May’s CF101 classes will begin on Tuesday, May 6th @ 6:30pm; if you know of anyone who is interested, have them check out the Get Started tab for one heck of a deal on getting started with CrossFit!
In June, CFU will be running some Sports and Recreation day camps; see the flyer by the office for more information! Registration is due by May 16th!
