So what goals are you striving towards? Or are you just going through the motions?!? You know that won’t get you anywhere, right?!? Today, heck the rest of this month, I challenge you to do a little extra…come to one more WOD during the week than you normally do (unless of course you already WOD 6x!), be THAT person who stays for an extra 10-15 minutes to work on suck bucket stuff, be THAT person who runs an extra blvd loop(about 500m) at the end of the WOD, or be THAT person who helps out a newbie on a movement or during the WOD…what you will get out of being THAT person will be well worth it!
