Just a reminder that our Summer “Beat the Heat Xpress Class” will start Monday morning at 6:25am…We will run these on MWF through August as long as the numbers stay consistent. We will do a warmup then go straight into the WOD…check out what the WOD is prior to class so you have an idea on what weight/scale you will need to use. If you want to stay for 15-20 extra minutes following the WOD, you can then do the strength for the day (if your WOD impaired body will allow you 😉 )

Also, CFU is offering FREE classes this week through Saturday in order to expose more people to what we have to offer in terms of workouts and community; if you know someone who is on the fence about trying CF out, this is a great opportunity for them to get started! Just have them contact me on which class they would like to attend.

10 Push Jerk (135/95)
10 Barbell Burpees
Scales: 3/2 rounds New members have the option of just doing regular squats in place of pistols
