Great job everyone who did the WOD on Sunday afternoon! Nice and heated up at the box and I’m sure everyone driving on the blvd thought we were a bunch of crazies running in the 95 degree heat! 😉
We are starting the Doubleunder/Ab Challenge on Tuesday…There is a signup at the box for teams of 4 to complete 5,000 reps each of DU’s and ab movements (situps, hollow rocks, vups, Russian twists, etc…); the reps will be divided amongst the members. We did this last year (can’t remember the reps) and several members “GOT” their DU’s because of the challenge. So if you want a challenge, sign up! Maybe Belinda will have a little prize for those who complete the challenge! Just find some way of documenting your work and get to it! 🙂

Tuesday, July 8th at 6:30pm we will start the “Mobility/Stretching” class with Britt (today at the clinic was very helpful!). I believe it will be well worth your time!
