You know you want to be better…but how will you get there?? Almost every member is on the unlimited membership plan…that means to get the desired results you should be at the box no less than 3 times per week…want to be better, then make it a point to get to the box at least 4-5 times per week. Yes, some of you have schedules that are crazy, but have you looked at the website?? There are Travel WOD’s on there…we have some members who take the WOD’s that are posted and they modify to the best of their ability when they can’t make it in.

So don’t give the excuse of not having time…as you well know, you can get a kick @$$ workout in under 10 minutes 😉 Do the WORK and it will WORK for you!

Remember to sign up for a rowing spot for the Rowing Marathon…spots are $5 each (you don’t necessarily have to be there to row, I’d just like to fill the board in order to help out the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital)…check the board to see if a spot has been purchased for you! 😉 I know Belinda was “nice” and bought some spots for the trainers…if you can’t make it for when your spot was “purchased” then you just have to buy it out!

And remember we are also having a CFU Box Party that night as well; kids and spouses are welcome! BYOB and snacks. Let’s make this a HUGE event! 🙂
