NEW LOCAL Meal Service update!! This Wednesday, Oct. 14th from 4-6pm, Dakota and her staff from Go For Fit Fuel will be on hand to provide information about their Fresh, Pre-Packaged Meals…They will also be providing YOU with a FREE meal if you RSVP to Coach by Monday, Noon…They will offer a protein, carb and side…They will also be there to answer questions about their program.

Take it from me, as a busy person, these meals will come in handy for on the go necessity. AND they are DELICIOUS!

I will post on the CFU Members page some general FAQ, but try and make it for the “Food Sampling” on Wednesday from 4-6pm. Charlie and Chick have also ordered from them so you can ask their opinions as well! Hope to see you there…remember RSVP for a FREE meal by Noon, Monday!

*Praxair Run after each round(3 total)

Each partner will perform the 21 reps of each of the movements, then *Praxair Sign Run(300m row) together…then 15 reps each of movements, Praxair Run…then 9 of each movement ending with one last Praxair Sign run.
