Good to see some people back at it on Sunday afternoon!

This week our Barbell schedule is changing…Thursdays at 7:30 and Saturdays at 10am.
We had a good showing for our “Beat the Heat” classes @ 6:30am on TThF so those will continue unless it starts dying down.
