NO 3pm Class Sunday!

Due to the bad road conditions and crazy cold temps, I am canceling the 3pm Sunday class.

Please be safe. Also check out the weather policy post for Monday’s and/or other days where we may have to cancel.

In lieu of the Sunday afternoon WOD, try this…”Sit-up Cindy”: 20 min AMRAP of 5 pushups, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats; if you have a treadmill you can add a 200m or 400m run after each round.  Scales: 15 or 10 minutes; make sure you are properly warmed up especially the hips prior to working out.
