Push/Pull Strength Cycle!

For the next 6 weeks, athletes have the opportunity to improve their strength on pullups and pushups going through this simple cycle/progressions. Thanks Carmen for demonstrating the movements! Athletes may do the cycle during the regular strength session OR before/after class depending on your energy level. As with all workouts at CFU, please listen to your body and hold off a day if your upper body is not capable of good, quality reps for this!
