1:30 is when it gets started…Kay Payne will be here to talk Reflexology and give you some pointers on the feet! Then about 2:00 we will start on some mobility, technique and drills for proper running form. If you haven’t been to one of our running clinics, I guarantee you will come away with at least one piece of knowledge that will help you.
We will be finished about 2:45 or so in time for the 3pm WOD.
