Minute 3: 8 HSPU
Minute 4: 12 Hollow Rocks
Scales: 16min, 12min

10:00am CFU Barbell (this class focuses on technique with the lifts; it is truly for EVERYONE!)

10:45am CFU Running Crew is meeting at Memorial Park (new playground) for a 2-4mile run/walk. Hope to see some new peeps there!
