Regular class today at 9am then Open Gym at 10am; Seth has created a “special WOD” for anyone crazy enough to come try 🙂
For the summer months we are going to put a halt on the Barbell classes due to lack of attendance; Britt will be at the Open Gym on Saturdays (10-11:30am) to help with technique if anyone is interested. We hope to get a larger amount of people involved in Aug/Sept.
