Labor Day Weekend!
Who’s up for a WOD before all of your various festivities…last lake trip of the summer…last 3-day wkd for a bit…or just a “do nothin'” weekend?? If you want to get in on the CrAzY WOD, well, first you must be a tad bit on the Crazy side, 2nd you need to be a 6month or more CrossFitter, and 3rd, you need to be there prior to 7:30am Saturday morning to prepare for the WOD.
The 9am Regular WOD is a “Wait and See WOD”… You shall wait and see what you’re doing when you show up prior to 9am! Sounds like FUN, right?? ๐ Just a little hint…well a couple because I know how you all are ๐ *It’s a partner WOD *There will be a time cap *There will be a barbell involved *There will be rowing involved as well as running *There may be some tire flipping *There may be some sledge hammers involved *You may need a jump rope *You will need to bring your smile and great attitude ๐
