Partner WOD’s-WODFest Re-visited! (ALL weights may be scaled)
WOD #1: 10min AMRAP 30 Thrusters 95/65-30 Pull-ups(scale is 15 push-ups); 20 Thrusters/20 Pull-ups; 10 Thrusters/10 Pull-ups
**Unlike the Comp, partners may switch off on any part of the workout
****10 min cutoff****
REST 6 minutes Then:
8min AMRAP *200m Run while partner performs 10 Power Snatch 95/65 – 20 straight leg situps (continue with where they left off)
REST 6 min Then:
(One partner working at a time)
20 cal row-15 Deadlift 185/115-10 burpees-5 Squat cleans 135/75 (partners will switch wts during burpees)
***10 min cutoff***
