Early Saturday WOD @ 7:30am, Regular WOD @ 9am, Barbell @ 10am!

Remember, Dr. Johns will be at CFU for Kinesio taping at 8am!

“Pick Your Poison” Partner WOD

5 different Choices of exercises(all work split between partners) with a “base station”(both partners do ALL reps here) in between:

Choice One: Run 250 DU’s (3x singles)or Row 2500m (divided)–BASE
Choice Two: 15 HSPU’s or 50 squats–BASE
Choice Three: 50 Pushups or 25 Pullups–BASE
Choice Four: 50 Jumping Lunges or 25 Burpees–BASE
Choice Five: 2 Rope Climbs or 25 Knees to Elbow–BASE

BASE STATION = 10KB 53/35, 10 Thrusters 65/45, 10 sit-ups, 10 Box Jumps 24/20
