CFU Athletes, below is a link where you can register for the St. Louis run in April. The past two years, several members have signed up for the 1/2 marathon. The fees go up on January 1st so if you want to commit at a lower price, now’s the time to do it.
I posted the other night that I have committed to the FULL marathon…yep, I’m a bit nuts, but last year I signed up for it, started training for it, but ended up injured and could not complete even a quarter mile of the dang thing…So……this year I’m going about things a little differently and WILL complete the 26.2 mile race.
Who else wants to make a commitment?? Those who do end up going, get together either the night before or day of for dinner and an after pic 🙂
We will start the TECS WODS back up in February which will help some with training, until then stay with CrossFit at least 3 times a week with interval runs or a long run one or two times per week. Happy Training!
