Skill Work: 15 minutes

15 Deadlifts (185/135)
30 Sit-ups
45 DU’s (3x singles)
Blvd Run (stop sign)
Scale: 2 rounds or 3 rounds with 200m run
For those on the SugarWOD app, please enter your barbell/workout PR’s…hit “me” on the bottom of screen and start entering…it will ask for the 2rm, 3rm and 5rm as well-you can guesstimate a lower number on those if you wish. Once these are entered, when that lift comes up in a workout it will automatically produce your percentages. Please let me know if you have any questions about the app…It won’t work for you if you don’t use it! 😉
