Great Barbell Clinic Saturday morning!! A big thanks to Andi, Britt and Chris for leading it!
Regular CFU Barbell will start on Tuesday at 6:30pm and will also run on Saturdays at 10am (we had to change the time here); you do not have to be a “heavy lifter” in order to attend! So come if you want to work on your technique!
Fit4U begins Monday 5:15-5:45pm
JrKidsFit (gr 6-8) begins Monday 5:45-6:15pm
CrossFit Kids (3-11) begins Tuesday 4:30-5:15pm (workout while your kids are doing the same!)
Punchcards for the kids along with schedule will be available the first day; more info can be found on the website under programs.
If you were in class on Friday afternoon or Saturday, you probably noticed something a little different. I’ll let you see for yourself on Sunday or Monday 🙂
