With partner…
1. 7minutes to establish 1RM of combined clean and jerk
2. 10min cap – *partner runs 200m; other completes as many rounds/reps of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats
3. ME plank hold(one partner starts, once he/she goes down, other takes over) – one chance – 10min cap
4. Blvd Run -must finish together

*2 min rest between each event
-for score on board: combined wt, rds/reps, plank time, run time
