Had a Super Class this morning…many were first timers at Dr. Dodgeball!! Hope y’all had fun!
Make sure you check the schedule on the website on a few changes with the schedule…basically no more 8:30am T/Th classes, no 6:30am Friday class and alternating weeks for TECS WOD’s on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings. We will still have the Tuesday morning TECS.
If you know of anyone who has been reluctant to start CF, share the page or have them give me a call…a super sweet deal is in place for November 101er’s!!
Keep Sunday, Nov. 10th at 3pm if you can make it…we are going to Flash Hero WOD in honor of Veterans Day.
