Those who “missed” out on the crazy early Saturday morning WOD, don’t you worry…we’ll have another one soon! Remember at these workouts, there will be NO trainer to watch your form so you MUST know how to do the movements well (most of the trainers are doing the craziness anyways 😉 )…however, movements CAN be scaled so how about challenging yourself and show up for the next one!
On the minute for 40 minutes:
Minute 1-100m Run
Minute 2-3 C2B Pullups, 6 V-ups
Minute 3-12 cal Row-Men; 10 cal Row-Women
Minute 4- 5 Power Clean & Jerks 115/75
Scales: 32 min, 28 min, 24 min
