Technique, Endurance, Cardio, and Strength are the four areas covered in this CrossFit Endurance program. Athletes are drilled in proper mechanics for running in order to become a more efficient runner therefore becoming faster and making it easier on the body. These classes, which are offered three days a week are for ANYONE who wants to improve their running. We also incorporate body weight strength movements into the workouts and will utilize the rowers occasionally to make for a more well-rounded cardiovascular program.
