For the nutrition challengers…the Window for measuring, baseline WOD and picture is Friday-Tuesday; I will NOT be at the box on Friday or Saturday but will write the workout on the board back by the racks/bench press. You can do that instead of strength/suck bucket work. Please note your time on the whiteboard. I will be coaching on Sunday afternoon and will be available Sun-Tues for the rest. It’s up to you to get the WOD completed! Here’s to the last stretch of our last week! 🙂
