Louis will be coaching his last class at CFU on Thursday @ 5:30pm. I encourage y’all to come to his class if you can. We will be having a little get together to thank Louis and his family for being a part of CrossFit Unstoppable for the past 3 years! There will be light refreshments but you are welcome to bring an adult beverage or two as well!
Thank you Louis from the Rosslan’s for the service that you provide our country and the service you have brought to CFU’s athletes over the past years! We wish you, Bridget, Gillian, Louis Jr and Alexander all the success in the world and pray that God will shower you with many Blessings in the years to come!
