This month’s Instructor led TEC WOD’s will be on Tuesdays at 5:30pm…If you have any questions about mobility, technique, or training, Jen will be happy to help you out! You just need to come to her class!

Remember that we ALL need to do our part in helping to keep the box clean and sanitary…Clean. Up. Your. Stuff! Clean off barbells, kettlebells, ab mats, rower, Wallballs, ball slams, pull-up rig and workout area after use…I know sometimes you may get to talking post WOD and forget, but some are forgetting A LOT! Please and Thank You!
