Yep, my favorite verse which keeps me going most days…what keeps you going? What’s your mantra? Everyone has those days where it takes something deep within to keep you going in the workout or in life outside of CrossFit. These last four days for me haven’t been the greatest (haven’t been able to WOD since Thursday!) for me as I’m experiencing a bout of vertigo…definitely not fun and not being able to “move” has made my mind say that I won’t be able to run the half on Sunday…I stomped that thought right out of my spinning head, leaning towards the “your body needs a break” so deal with vertigo for a couple days…ugh…okay 🙂 Tomorrow’s a new day and I will make it through! And whatever may have kept you from the box today (Monday), don’t let it keep you away again! We’ll see you Tuesday!
