Got goals?? What are they? We are almost 4 months into the new year…have you met any of your goals that you set at the beginning of the year? What’s holding you back? I know some half marathoners that met their goals! 😉

Strength
5×5 Snatch @ 60-70%(3sec pause at knee)
Advanced: Same, but 70-80%

WOD
Part A:
5 Rounds
5 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Pull-ups
30 DU’s (3x singles)
Scales: 4,3 rounds

–15min cutoff THEN

Part B:
6min EMOM
6 weighted plate situps (25/15)
6 hollow rocks
6 v-ups

Advanced WOD: 15 minutes of hill sprints (stop sign to curb), sprint up hill, jog down…REST 5 minutes then 10 minutes of hill sprints

TECS WOD: Run/Situp Ladder: Run 100m, 10 situps, Run 100m, 9 situps, etc…
THEN, go back up the ladder-100m run, 1 situp, 100m run 2 situps…
