5 Hang Power Clean
5 Front Squats
5 Push Press
5 Back Squats
(need a timing device on this one; a phone with a “timer” would work best)
20min AMMAP (as many meters as possible)
Run 4min, rest (walk) 2min – Distance is score (start at the island and run the loop -400m)
30 box jump 24/20
30 WB 20/14
