Remember, we start the “Beat the Heat” class Tuesday morning at 6:30am…We will run these classes on T/Th/F as long as our attendance is 5 or more so those of you who can make it, come and get your workout done early!! (plus it will be about 25 degrees cooler!)

New CF101 class starting Tuesday night at 6:30pm! So there will be some new faces to add to the mix as well! Excited to see the changes in the newbies as well as our “veterans” over the summer! It’s going to be a little “warmish” this summer but remember that WE GET TO and that the results are totally worth it!!
BOTH of the Doubleunder clinics are a go…we will need a total of 40 people signed up; as of 6pm today I had just 10 spots to fill so if you are available that day and you think your DU’s could use some work…(whose doesn’t??) then I’d urge you to sign up. The owner/instructor is giving us a $35 rate which is a great deal for the information/experience you will receive; PLUS once we fill both spots she is going to give the box 20 jump ropes, 5 of which I will give away to those who register (in a drawing). Be watching the website/Facebook in the next day or two for the NEW LINK…those of you who already registered will be refunded on the 14th or can use the $10 toward a purchase of a rope (which they fit to your size-no more guessing!)
WATER WARNING———>>>>>>>DRINK IT!! Stay hydrated and make sure you eat properly so you have enough fuel in the tank to fuel your workout!! I don’t need people passing out on me! 😉
