-Blvd, Praxair, Island, 100m Ladder on runs(start back at Blvd, once 100m is finished)
-5 Burpees – 10 Wallballs 20/14 – 15 SLSU (as many reps as possible, partner picks up where you left off after he/she gets back from run)
**Partner 1 runs Blvd, Partner 2 does movements, then switch and 1 does Blvd Run, etc…
