We have had quite the turnout at the D&E class Monday-Thursday! While I do not want to turn anyone away from a workout or CFU, I want you all to be safe so please be patient as the trainers and I work through this “good problem” 🙂 I really appreciate the trainers being able to think “on the fly” with the larger classes and I’m thankful that ALL of you want to be part of CFU!
I wanted to bring your attention to a matter…I’m asking all of you to be aware that someone was arrested last week for breaking into cars at fitness centers. PLEASE lock your vehicles when you come into the box. Pretty sad world we live in, but that’s the evil and sin we have to deal with these days. Sorry I’m such a “Debbie Downer” on that, but I want everyone’s possessions to be safe.
Tuesday we have an instructor led TEC WOD at 5:15am; Jen can help with some stretches and technique! And at 5:30pm, Britt will be back on the platforms to help ANYONE with their lifts! Lots of stuff going on Tuesday! Don’t miss out! 🙂
