Another beat down by Louis and Fuzzy! Thanks you two for the past three days! My body is saying, “No more!” 😉 I’ll be taking a little run tomorrow afternoon to help recover!

Speaking of recovery, are you all taking care of your body mobility wise?
Are you arriving at the box about 10 minutes early to properly stretch? Are you taking the time to stretch/roll out after the WOD? Did you know that if you release the fascia on top of your muscles, your muscles have the ability to work more effectively?!? True story!

We need more runners/walkers for the Blair Oaks 5K!! Forms are on the glass case at the box…you can leave them along with the fee with me and JennyB will turn in as well as pick up our race packets!
