60 double unders

DB WOD 

5 Rounds
10 DB Push Press (AHAP)
10 DB Good Mornings (2sec hold)
10 DB V-ups(use lighter wt if needed)
10 DB Squats
(GM/Squats can be done with 1 or 2 DB’s)
