Excuses…We all have them, right? I’ve heard way too many excuses these last couple of months—and some people wonder WHY they are not getting the results they want! A person signs up for classes…unlimited at that…comes one or two times per week for a month and says CrossFit doesn’t work. Hey people, you actually have to DO WORK in order for CrossFit to work for you!!! That means you show up and you go the little EXTRA in order to see the results you want. You go harder, go heavier, and go faster than ever…sure it might suck for awhile, but think about what you are doing for your body…do a little bit more now in order to reap the many reward FOREVER!!
