How are these days going by so fast?? They are for me anyways…some of the athletes saw me at a state of exhaustion (or was it just craziness?) at the end of the 4:30 WOD Tuesday…LOTS going on in the CFU/Mid-MO Fitness World!

So excited to be able to share this journey with you guys! Speaking of crazy, things might get a tad bit crazy around the box these next several weeks so I’m asking for patience as we work out the kinks in scheduling and “flow” of things.

Tonight (Wed.) from 6:15-9:15pm Parks and Rec will be using the vball court so there will be additional vehicles in the lot, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!

Community Event: Food Drive at Schnucks next Tuesday so CFU will be collecting canned goods/non-perishable items for that. Last year I believe we set a goal of 300 items…Think we can top that?? I’m asking that my youth classes participate as well – A giving heart is a happy heart!  Please bring your items in between Wednesday and Tuesday of next week!

Open Gym changes: Due to the new class that I have from 6:30-7:30 on MWTh, Open Gym will now be on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30. We are working on the details for the CFU Barbell group and will get them to you as soon as possible. Right now CF2 will have one more session Monday evening from 7:30-8:30pm.

New Members: Welcome to Stephanie, Shelly, Mike, MattL, and Dominic! Will be looking forward to seeing you all in class! 🙂

Birthday Bash: MONEY for event/shirts is due THURSDAY! Cash or check to CFU…list is by my office. You can still come even if you didn’t sign up; this is open to EVERYONE part of CFU! We want to celebrate 2 years STRONG in style with LOTS of Awesome people! We are taking donations for the Central Missouri Honor Flight in the event you can’t make it. Let me know if you would like to donate to this great cause.
