Traveling this Summer – 3 Tips to help stay on track!

Just because it’s summertime and we’re traveling doesn’t mean we have to throw all of our good healthy habits out the window. Here are 3 tips to keep you on track this summer:

#1 – Pack quick snacks you can stash in a car or hotel room like Rx bars, protein powder and your shaker bottle, applesauce packets, some jerky, hard boiled eggs or turkey pepperoni. 

#2 – Go grocery shopping right when you get to your destination or pack your groceries! This the FIRST thing we do when we travel to ensure we eat at least 2 meals at home each day. Saves us a ton of money as well!

#3 – Get moving!!! Google “CrossFit At Home Workouts” and you’ll find a ton of no-equipment options or just get out there and hike or walk the beach.
