WODFest assignments are up for Friday night(23rd)! I will be posting the Saturday schedule tomorrow sometime. ANYONE is welcome to come and help Friday or Saturday. We just had a signup sheet for volunteers way back when…I’m sure we can find something for you to do! 

Go For Fit Fuel meals…If you want meals for next week, you must put in an order at www.goforfitfuel.com by Friday at noon…Dakota told me that they were putting in a Jefferson City delivery choice for delivery. You may pick up your meals on Monday at Supplement Superstore between 1-7pm. The coupon code is at the box…Hope you all enjoyed your free meal!
