90 Calorie Row/barbell hold (185/135)
90 burpees/Handstand hold
90 Push Ups/plank hold
90 Pull Ups/bar hang
90 Calorie Row/barbell hold
*Partner 1 does 15 cals/burpees/push ups/pull ups/cals while partner 2 does the hold…work can only be done while partner 2 is holding…must switch every 15 reps until all 90 are completed
