48 Min Partner AMCAP(as many calories as possible): Partners alternate 2 Mins on/2 Mins off and Bike/Row….So, P1 bikes for 2 Mins, P2 bikes for 2 Mins, P1 Rows for 2 Mins, P2 Rows for 2 Mins…keep track of your calories for each 2 min you do and your score is total for both partners for all 48 mins.
